Sometimes game close and continues..

My game works well but frequently it closes and when start again i click to login and close without a screen error, just closes! 
it come back when restart computer!

Anybody knows fix this??

Hello. Something like antivirus/firewall blocking connection to add. Add l2 in exception everywhere.

I dont use antivirus and turn off firewall ;/
