Question about Server Rates

I am confused about the rates  the server is going to have when it opens tomorrow.

while on the other  x3 (source http://lineage2classic.com/forum/index.php?/topic/10-classic-10-talking-island-x3/  )

 

what is it going to be ?

Rates will be 20x for testing period (Open Beta Test) and after a while we got wipe and live x3

with rates x20, probably it won't take more than 1-2 weeks at max to test most of the stuff.
