NPC Lorain invisible

Im tying to finish my 3rd class change quest, i need to talk to NPC Lorain, close to cruma entrance, i target her, but when i reach to talk to her, she is invisible, or on top of a rock, i cant finish my 3rd quest =/

 

respawn NPC Lorain please.
