Clan Wars BUG! No CRP, and lose EXP!

My clan have a war with other clan. We declare and accept this clan war. Why we lose 10% exp when we die from war pvp kills? Why we don't lose and don't get some clan reputation points during Clan War Pvp? And secound question. Why we can't see all the time clan war emblem (two swords) on the Enemy chars? Thank you for attention and i will wait your answer.

i was testing it all myself and everything works fine, so it might be in some specific situations, so please next time it happens try getting me a screenshot of it, or even some video if possible, so we can study this issue a bit better.
