Summons Reuse

I'm looking for info about the correct value of reuse summon skills (summon kai the cat and summon kat the cat) and i have no found anything about this.

I'm playing with a human wizard and the reuse time is apox 1 hour and 30min, and if the pet dies i can't summon again. If someone kill them in PVP i can't do anything.

My question is; how can i solve that?

In 2.0 we'll have beast shots? I need know this because if not i play a necro.
