Is Warlock good?

Hello, since I have seen that there are no pet soulshots, I have been doubting on if going for necro or warlock, so I would really thank if someone could tell me some things that are:

 

- Will there be implemented pet soulshots and when more or less?

- The actual warlock can solo level in pve?

- Will felien queen be implemented?

- If I go for warlock, should I go Karmian + mage wep or fists/duals/dagger and light set?

Didn't thought that there would be never implemented the pet soulshots, and didn't knew that u can do +12 dex. I will take that in mind, thanks for the answer.
