Unable to use spiritshot

Hi, after the server crash that happened yesterday, my spiritshot is not working anymore. I am using the blessed spiritshot for newbies. I place it in my shortcut bar and also tried using it directly from inventory but it does not work.

Hello. They work only till 15 level.
