Cant do Buying store with CoL

hi there , since 3 hours ago when my client crashed in dion i cant put anymore a buying store with these coin of luck ,i asked someone that was active selling these if can do a store  too , and the same , cant do it anymore
when i put the price that i buy and how many wants , the buy window just reset it
some solution to this ? thanks
