Force Log Out in PvP

this is an issue from a  long time ago.... but its not a bug, what can we do?

when ppl force log out   char need to be *online* 30 sec. and ppl cannot reconnecte for 30 sec.

And Add 10 seconde for traditional log-out cooldown. and No moving.

When ppl dc with Flag/PK = instant die when reconnect.

This feature  Already exists on some private.
