Premium Account problems

Hello Guys !

Im buyd premium account (on my dagger one) cause im want play whit 2 box at same time . On my master account i got 3 game " account " ( 1for dagger , 1 for cleric and 1 more for dwarfi). 

I cant log same time whit my clreic + dwarf  . i know its my mistake . its posible way to change the premium one to cleric plz ? im sry for my english . Thank for your help . I love this server <3

​yes . might this is the problem ? but i cant start twice whit the launcher when secound time run the leauncher... i press start ---> nothing happening
