path to elven wizard

hello,i've seen at l2central that i need to go to ef and kill sukar ratman captain in order to obtain amethyst,but i cant find these mobs,only sukar ratman and sukar ratman leader.i've killed 50+ sukar ratman mobs but didnt quest item...
