Hello. You are right, it's not showing bonus in "Bonus", it adds to current SP directly.

EXP (rates х3) 46,224, but you got 53,619-46,224 = 7,395
SP (rates х3) 1,386, but you got 1,524-1,386 = 138 ( 1386/100*10 = 138.6 ).
So it added 138 SP to SP that you got, but it doesn't show it in "Bonus" section.
