Error: Error setting display (1536*960) mode

One out of three note PCs shows the error message below and cannot be connected at all.

- The 2 units that can be connected have lower specifications than the note PC that is the problem.

- Using Windows 10

 

Error: Error setting display(1536*960) mode: CreateDevice failed (D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE).

          Please delete your Option.ini file if this error prevents you from starting the game.

 

I looked into this and that_ Deleting Option.ini & changing the resolution , Copying and pasting the contents of the Option.ini of the connected PC, etc.

I tried a lot of things, but I couldn't solve it.
