Delay so much delay

i started the server 10 days ago, using europe proxy,. i am from argentina, all was great, but some like 3 days ago always i have delay! like 2 sec of delays always and is not my conection why?

​In next two days if there will not be any problems with DDoS we will install back our old proxy. One where you didn't have lags.
