Second character (Dwarf) got deleted?

Hello everyone I'm casual player on this server, before the patch I had one dwarf 22/23 lvl (girl), i think I was called Prejaka, and Lithariel (Main char, 27 lvl DE Palus Knight), after I logged in today, the dwarfy is missing :/, is this the bug or? Thanks.
