Hello is the L2wiki/Classic Database correct now for the Server? If yes, is there realy no spoil for EW and EA Scrolls?

Another q: Are silenos drops also enchant D weapon in normal drop because I had one today without spoil/sweep, not mention that I hadn't got any from spoil anyway ;/
