PVE Dyes Archer

What dyes and armor set do you guys recommend for using with a archer? I was thinking to go +12 STR -12/15 CON and also buy the Plated Leather Armor set. But i'm not sure it is the best way to go since i have never played on a server that allowed +12 with dyes.

And what Archer u play ? Human, Elf or Dark Elf? I also wanne play archer but im not sure which race i like Dark Elfs but has no aoe and very low con

I play human. But i think for DE u can do the same, even with low con. You will have crazy STR

Minuses for each class (my opinion)

De - low con, no aoe

Human - skin model, no self buff

Elf - dont like short range 60 lvl skill

I pick PR, tough i think Hawk is strongest archer couse of high str, con, atk speed passive, dash, weight limit passive..
