HEX

Hello ?, 

Is it fine that hex need some time after cast to sink in? If i hex mob and shoot right after - the damage i do is like without hex. The second shot damage is good (mob is hexed). 

Is it how this skill supposed to work or this needs fixing? It really piss me off  sometimes

I think so too, i wonder why no one made a post about this before.

Could admins take a look at this? Its not priority issue, but it really needs to be fixed
