Quest problem

I finished the quest whisper of dreams part 1 (LOA), I go back to the NPC and nothing happens

you mean u have 360 of both items and it doesnt give reward or you got sealed mysterious stone and nothing happen?

360 of both and 1 mysterious stone, 2 sealed mysterious stone

are you higher then level 66?

check your inventory slots.

if you already checked the inventory slots and already have the mysterious stone for second quest, delete the Sealed mysterious stones.
