2 pointstheres a difference between undecided and unannounced. based on progressions speed of the community we already decided both on the date of opening loa and the sieges about 2 weeks ago, its just not announced cuz every announce of the future tends to have impact on the actual state of the server somehow, would also like to point out that at this moment over 90% of the population is still under lvl 64. yes i know some people play faster, others play slower but for us we need to keep a balance on the possibility of the gap between top groups and people who play a bit less or a bit less efficient, thats the whole point why the lvl cap (avoid level gap) and loa not open from start (avoid gear gap) were implemented on first place. on TI you fought dragon valley for 5 months untill 1.3 and only 1 month after this you had loa being opened. we will not keep the same 5+ month time frame as we understand 1.5 progress is different from 1.0/1.3 progress but we also not gonna cramp 6 months progress into 1 month time frame, all i can say is following the normal progress speed that players are having loa should be open somewhere near early mid of next month but you gotta wait on official announce for specifics with dates. about sieges, you and i might be remembering different sieges, cuz from what i can remember on the first sieges we had on TI was everyone getting rekt by the guards and complaining how strong mobs are, so i'd say giving the players a bit more time to prepare before it comes in handy for everyone.

2 pointsON DION The following locations have suffered a complete overhaul. - Dragon valley: Completely remade full dragon valley spawns locations according to latest 1.5 version known. - Higher mob density. - Day/night spawn system where undead mobs have increased spawns during night time. - Fixed amount of Dragon Bearer group mobs spawns. - Fixed locations of Dragon Bearer group mobs spawns. - Cruma Tower Completely remade full Cruma Tower spawns locations according to latest 1.5 version known. - Adjusted mob density. - Room change system when mobs on room are killed to trigger spawn of next mob type such as catherok, shindebarn etc. - Fixed amount and spawn system for Snipe. - Fixed locations of Snipe spawns. - Fixed amount and spawn system for Dark Lord. - Fixed locations of Dark Lord spawns. - Forgotten Temple Completely remade full Forgotten Temple spawns locations according to latest 1.5 version known. - Adjusted mob density. - Fixed amount and spawn system for Roxide. - Fixed locations of Roxide spawns. - Fixed amount and spawn system for Death Fire. - Fixed locations of Death Fire spawns. - Alligator island - Implemented retail function for Nos spawns, Now the island will trigger spawn for Nos monster when players run on the water pools in the island. Some new systems implemented in combat of RMT spam - New system added to ingame mail function to help with anti spam: You can still send items and paid mails but if char is under some specifications of level it will not display the name of mail or description. - In follow up of our fight with spammers some new systems were implemented when placing shops, in order to this systems to make their job players will now PM themselves with the title of the shop upon placing it. Other changes and fixes - Fixed players being able to attack clan members in pvp zone without the usage of force attack (CTRL) - Fixed issue with players attacking clan members with damaging debuff skills wouldnt get them flaged. - Fixed players not getting PVP count while fighting in PVP zone. - Some changes made on the blood declaration system it should now trigger 2 sided war when players of declaring clan get killed by players of the declared clan. 1 pointthe info i gave was based on the last known original off scripts from the time where both type of drakes have the bow resistance skill, tho we do have now enough video reference to know it looks to not work like that and one of the drakes should indeed not have the bow resistance, this will be fixed.
