​Nobody is going to open server specially for you. And i doubt you care about "Russian community". It feels like you haven't started playing here at the beginning, missed one year of server existence, and now afraid you're not gonna catch up other high-lvl players. If you're so smart and you think can give advice to administrators about how to raise online then why are you still a regular player and not administrator?
