The old map of showing on spawn gave best chance to everyone because there was no advantage in knowledge or timing to experienced players. The problem and probably more of the reason the admins changed it is because the map gave actual data to the client that could be used by external programs on when a boss spawned. They banned many people for that, but it was obvious lots of the RB farmers still used a method of this data.
We can discuss all we want about RBs, GC, w/e other topic people want to complain about, but leveling or entry gear isnt a huge problem. One of the biggest problems is the availability of epics and price for them. People can complain about RBs on this thread all they want, but people stop playing because they "finish" L2 classic club. There is a soft end to this server where you get to lvl 77,78,79,80 but the next step in progression is pretty much unattainable without donations (+8 armor, lower epics, +14+ B grade) and on all chars in a CP. When you can kill a RB and max get 60kk or grind GC for 1 hour and get 20kk but it takes 4kkk+ for each of the items I listed. You see a wall you cant climb and you stop playing.
There is still places to farm as solo or pt and u can make easy 1kkk in week
Also the info about RBS before spawn would be easy for ppl because at moment when farmer will bring gate it will be easy to counter for randoms ...isn't hard to kill box gate or hold it in battle.mode..

But still for solo farmer will be harder , the map announcement should show the respawn 30min before to give time for randoms to gather up .

Dagger isn't worth to play if you don't have atleast baium ring and aq ring and full pt which is carrying your ass

Yes and than i would be able to go with 2-4 PC on it with 6 -7boxes on all and get bigger income

The map should show the respawn time on all bosses till 75 (except epics)
Than farmers and normal players will have chance to get it

Boss should stay in arena which will decrease the enchant of weapons to +4
Or put map info 30 or 60 minutes before boss will spawn .it will give time to gather pt and prepare for new players

Without the cc /cop buffs randoms will be not able to play GC /fi/new zone
They are almost in 80% tools tupid for that ,better is to log every day for 15 min and get some %% from daily .
Instead of losing time on changes in buffs/skills admina should focus on a way how bring new players on server .

Asia prime is full farm mode till pvp fun between Korean and China
And sometimes when epic spawn .
All another time all zones are free
Since 4 pm CET even di is free .
New players are going out after fees hours of play ,they haven't chance to get RB ,no chance to exp in pt ,no chance to find anyone till daily RB .
Economy on market sucks .
So some nerfs buffs on characters are not needed now .

With cc removal the low geared randoms will cry even more about how that server sucks ,they will be not able to make 20k exp per day on daily , they will not Invest time to farm better Eq because it isn't possible with another's randoms in pt .
I tried to play with randoms and you can't do it ...
Even when I came to server there were stupid actions on RBS toi loa where ppl who told us they have 80 -76+ lvl can't understand the games and how paralisys /silence etc work .
Is only chaos all what you get in that time when you are playing with randoms is losing exp and maybe Eq .
Cc help a lot for low geared ppl but ..after i put some fists+11 on Tyr i started farm GC alone .
Than destroy get rush so i lvling m destro and with blunt +10 i can hit for 20-30k only with stigma and cc .
These buffs are not bad but it give too big advantage for stacked characters .instead of %%increases it should give CRIT pene or same amount of CRIT DMG .
Daggers on that server are hitting hard but yes without stacked gear u would be able to do less than 1 k DMG on combo . So maybe without these buffs will help for low Eq daggers but than stacked will hit a on one stab .

You guys don't understand that's the all character have cons and pros .
Stop crying about tyrant /destroy about PvE yes they are PvE monsters because they are made to be PvE monsters ,
In pvp u have better characters to do it but they are sucks in PvE ...
Average character in PvE will be average in pvp it is how it works.
The cop cc is made BCS of the extra CRIT DMG stuffs as othels buffs epics if they will put out cc and cop the players without star war gear and epics will die on 0.3 hit .
Sorry but if someone can't kill supp or robe user as dagger with same gear a that's mean the dagger person is moron.
With the 2 x hides or 2 x ghost step tricks it is possible to put like one or 2 combos in a row .

They shouldn't do it because in game we have a lot of characters which get good bonuses from it .
Without active cc it increase CRIT DMG def is helpful on supps mage etc .
With active cc a lot of melee get a extra DMG what is really important on lower equipment people or in pvp
If we want archers hots more we can add some buff in passives or make the cc working also on theirs hits

I think they shouldn't delete the cc
Better is to make it usefully for archers or how up is described archers should get extra passive or buff for negate these buffs

For the donation side .
There's a my suggestion how to get rid of rmt players .
We have auction in which one we can sell the items for real money ,which we can use for it .
1. Change the prices make it lower(with lower price ppl will prefer to lose 10% more than buy from some rmt ) that's win=win
players get items -server get 💰💰
Make the amount in Euro it maybe possible to withdraw from the auction?( Of course with some fees like 15%?)
I know it will make easy way to get ++++ weapons armors etc for people with good amount of euro but still is better to hold it in server than lose it because of some rmt players .

With a spike from craft and aura wl should be able to stun lock almost every enemy in pvp with same gear ,
In AOE PvE if you think that's is low than u never played with good PvE setup on new zone
wl is hard to balance every buff can make it overpowered or useless,no one is playing it right now because of the low stun Landrates but that's u can increase with good buff .

about this frenzy strike, it can change from mage to fight skill, like on essence. it will make the cast faster and scale with p.atak, what is nice.
Pole..you should put some nice robe on you good staff with freoh and drain enemies

The game should wait to done the quest and with done quest it should be set as a limit between 600 to 605 .

it can be x6 server for 6 to 12 months and than merge it or hold the merrged server till main side will have some epics etc . thats work rly well on anothers servers

Uppercut well used is fight win skill if you have problems to manage some skills maybe you should first learn how to play a character and than start fighting ?that's game isn't a lol where u have to push all 4 buttons at once to kill enemy ..

Try to make it maybe like normal enchant window ..it will help to increase lvl BCS now with open runes than every time when the lvl of rune is increased or decreased we have to start again from begining that takes times...
Can u make it in extra window or change compound system to make it easier ? One rune son left window should be all time there and system can take the 1 lvl rune as a enchant ?

Yes but will bring ppl and than after merge ,they will need to fight for RB etc.at that moment these 2 or 5 RB farmers and they are almost doing it without problems di have like fees ppl farming there ,if more come they will need to fight for spot etc .

You can put like a limit in which the quest should be done so like server should wait till person will get 600 to 604 quest items than even if you will get 599 items you can kill mob for 1 badge or 5 and it will done the quest .

Would be nice but ... Outside is also like at Oly ...why ppl should play something hard if they can make some box and push 2 skills and be amazed and hype because they are killing ppl .
Spoil and craft can do a lot during pvp but way better is make some pvp char instead

All what u wrote upper ... Would be solve in almost 100%after temporary server .
New ppl will come (now when they come ,they are seeing the weapons +++armor 10++ epiks 80+ppl and the overpriced market =run)
The new player now have easier way to catch up highest levels than we had before but still with 6 years long live server they are not able to enjoy that game ,
After open temporary server it will bring the new allies,cps,farmers, solo players to server
In my opinion it will solve a lot of problems and give to everyone something ,
Old players would be able to make some fun on temporary server or starting making news friends and enemy for main server , new players will have chance to get some Eq and level even playing solo (now they haven't chance to make random pt )
Some ppl will be able to make some epiks
New allies /cps will born
For admins it will be more work but also better income from premiums acc etc .
After good announcement before start it should bring enough people the old ones and the new ones ,
At this moment server is dead .
I hope the news which are you working for server will be like always nice but please don't go into star wars version like official L2
