    I think you can obtain an item which lets you sell your items in offline mode. Talk to the NPC Nostalgia, I think she's got the key about it.

    If you refer to the Demon's Tunic, according to a database the only way to get both the recipe or the tunic, it is by defeating a raid boss. These bosses are Dark Knight and Core.
