finally I`ve got PA .the problem was that he had not bought the item needed to activate 30 days . and forgive my english . i explained badly

I try get PA and i get this message in game "you do not meet the requierements to create premium acount" I have 100 COL on charater ,but i try make this with the secondary account(linked with main account) sorry for my bad english

te diria q buscaras en el foro....q esta muy a la vista. Tiene q hechar dinero a la cuenta desde la web de tu cuenta y luego en el juega miras los items q vende http://lineage2classic.com/forum/index.php?/topic/2882-talking-island-x3-special-shop/ de nada

creo q te equivocas.las primeras 24 se dio como obsequio y las siguientes 24H por un error q tuvieron y lo mantuvieron nada de gratis 100col=10€ y no es obligatorio ser premiun,te deja conectar una segunda cuenta....pero tanto box desvirtúa el juego
