Well the gms counter-argued adding beast shots early because people would be under geared.
Now that people have weapons/armor superior to s grade.
I see no reason not to add them. Especially if this summon attack bug still consists.

Adding + speed to light armor is dumb.
You can simply make a macro to switch to light armor when you need to run/catch a target, and then switch to heavy armor if they attack back.
Archers don't need any more buffs, they already 2 shot everyone without deflect arrow/transfer pain.
If they add A grade, would go Heavy or light on light user?
Tallum heavy for pve. Maj light/heavy for pvp in mass pvp/archers. DC light vs mages. Doom heavy for PRs abusing their cdl skill.
Changing the way evasion/accuracy works in classic will make it more difficult for summoners to hit the mob due to having wizard stats. And without beast shots, still not in the game... well we might as well just copy the database over and open up a 1x interlude server. One of the summoner's best dye setups is +12 str -15 dex. We won't be able to hit anything anymore.

I think you have mistaken "rush" with "rush impact". Rush has no stun effect and does no dmg. It is simply gap closer.
No, its basically the same thing.
Destro with hammer crush + rush. In 2.0 it will be worse, since they get mass fear. Its going to be the same clown fiesta.
With the addition of rush, you're removing the biggest weakness of a destro. Their mobility.
With the addition of 2.0 skills, and olympia balance, its just too crazy.
You can compliment on their strengths, such as 2 / 3 / 4. But adding a completely new mechanic to the game, is insane.
It is insanely hard to CC a destro. You really want a cat buffed / frenzy / zealot / rage / un-nerfed VR / rushed / party UDd destro killing everyone in 2.0?
The only counter play is to kite him, if he has rush. You remove that counterplay, and the game becomes unfun.
You might as well add cancel sticks while you're at it.

But no rush. God, this is the kind of shit that killed l2.
If you play a destro, you deserve to get kited in pvp.
You can't be a 999999 patk destro and have a gap closer. Thats not the way the world works, fam.

Keep in mind, with the vr changes, destro has already received a decent buff.

Dex buff on 2,0 wont change anything in this case. Ull gain maybe 2 evasion with proper dyes compared to classic 1,5
Do you have a link/proof? Cause I don't speak russian/korean. Nor have access to 2.0.

It's blind way imo... Newbies are already receiving free NG stuff.
They level up faster (with free buffs even much faster) and then hitting 20lvl they simply got problem with D grades....

We (who plays here from very beginning) were running with crappy gear without using shots and we survived somehow.
Ppl who decides to play Classic should be aware what they are stepping into and play the game without free stuff, buffs and cookies
All what need to be done imo is to bring more players to this great server (yes I'm ass kisser a bit
), find the way to erase PK scrolls and fix couple of things which annoys existing gamers already
Well with the money they saved from not having to buy d grade, they should be able to afford c grade (At least mid grade c grade which goes for 4kk)
Not only that, they will be able to farm and exp more efficiently using a d grade weapon, rather than a no grade weapon that expires in 7 days.
We survived from the very beginning because there were A TON of more parties going on at all hours of the day.
Its probably harder now to level than it was back in 1.0, just because there are so few parties going on now for newbies.

Well when i did 2nd class on my tank and went FP set on RB's i EG i could afford to tank them
Apparently no one does high level raids because they take too long, and all they drop is c grade. Which really disappoints me.

I don't like the herb idea. Its one of the benefits of playing summoner. You can solo. If there are herbs in the game, our advantage is ruined, plus we still don't have beast shots yet.
Give them anything else, idc. First / second class change. Free d grade. Exp bonuses. 50+ buff scrolls. Etc.
Herbs will devalue summoners a lot.
that's exactly why new people are not staying around here: 'cause they can't solo properly. at least not without a box( that wouldn't be "solo" anymore actually ). and since almost everyone nowdays is running around with a high level boxed buffer, good luck finding an active buffer at pre-40 levels.
the fact that summonners are currently the only class that can manage to solo properly doesn't mean that other classes have to be always forced to waste time just to recover some hp or mp.
thinking only about a single class is quite egoistic and surely not fair towards the other classes, especially because with or without herbs it wouldn't change a thing for summonners since they would still be able to solo exp regardless of having herbs or not, while on the other side it would help a lot the other classes, especially new people that are starting from 0 and want to catch up fast.
ever tried leveling up a character to 20 with no gear and buffs? anyone that did it knows that after hitting 14 you have to waste hours sitting on ground just to recover hp or mp, and if you don't even have a top NG weapon, it takes triple of that time. is it fun? hell fucking no. and it gets even worse after 20.
beside, it's already been explained before that shots have not been implemented yet due to damage similar to people in A grade. there's a reason why they were not added until 2.0, and they have nothing to do with herbs since they're two entirely different game mechanics, so it's pointless to bring them into a discussion about hp/mp regen.
anyhow, giving out free gear is pointless if people can't manage to lv up properly by themself. it's already happening with NG gear, so it won't change with higher grades for sure.
Well pre-40 u can solo on pretty much any class.
Its just a means of accelerating the process by giving them free d grade gear.
I solod as a phantom summoner level 1-56 on 1.0 patch so, I know what its like. I finally had enough money to purchase my cursed mainguache at level 40.
I am perfectly fine with herbs on mobs level 40 and below! If that makes you happy.
Any herb drops above level 40 and I might as well just reroll to a +12 wit sps or cdl necro/sh.

All necro pets and DA pet dont have strong p.atk like summoners pets. So, fix it and give us beast SS.
And fix that old bugs, back hitting and 0 range. With this summonerws will reborn in classic.
And after this, my summon soulles should have more P.atk then shadow, becaus he has half HP and dont have VR. This, have to be fixed too!
Me and gfbot are from the first day of the server calling for improvements in summoners.

I mean, it doesn't really affect me anymore.
I class transferred to elemental summoner. All solo mobs level 60+ (at FoM/blazing swamp) have 1x-2x hp, which are perfect for my level 35 nuke. If they were 3x+ hp then it would be better to use melee, but all those mobs are in LOA and it'd be suicide to go in there.
It affects phantom summoners much more, since they don't have a recharge pet, and a lot of solo mobs debuff/stun/aoe hit now.
If beast shots were introduced now, I probably wouldn't use them. Its much more efficient just to solo nuke everything.
Where is the GM position about the bug summon?
I'm actually interested on their stance on this as well.

Honestly, with the +12 str, you can reach drac bow status pretty easily. You don't need a focus SA, since everyone just spams skills.
Also stun shot lands on everything since there is no majestic armor in the game yet.
Mages don't get their acumen SA, so its pretty balanced.
But I am still here with no shots on my summoner, gg.
