The problem on that is that new players will never find someone to play with until lvl 20.

L2 is all about pvp and fight for farm places, sieges, RB. If ppl lose that, soon or later server will be empty. I like when i get good farm spot to flag on others or pk them. But its annoying farming 2 hours to lose karma from just 1 pk.

10 euro per month is too much for private server. Think that for most official MMO games you need to pay almost the same amount per month.
