Imho to increse the ppl here you should: 1) More advertising 2) encouraging ppl to vote the server and give them a reward (exemple 1 Col...) 3) Exp bonus like 5-6x till lvl 50, in this way they can grow up and if they have no adena to buy stuff they can pay for col and sell them in town.
