Point is that rules did not apply here. There is not reference about returning deleted items. Sharing accounts is each person's responsibility in order to who he trusts his account. Rules are rules.

hm that is not scam if you did not change the password. Still all that is under sharing accounts rules. Anyone can login from an other ip or via VPN Network and do the same.

I would like answers here like happened that we applied those rules based on that and so on we came to a conclusion like that. Still is not it unfair to regain something you lost without any bannable way? I mean if you share account and you lose something is your problem you should not get it back.
