is the enchanting rune system bugged?? i mean i tried like 100 runes today and i made 2 level 2 from sigel and yul. I could not make a single level 2 rune. How much is the success rate to make level 2? 25%? 30%? how can i make high level runes when i can not make a level 2 rune? WTF this is? i can not understand how the rest make level 13. Is there a way to level up runes? need to do somethign special?

Get into windows port manager and open all the ports. Reminder there is a number of ports which are taken by default from the system so you can not touch them. Let the first 1024 porta as they are. Open the the ports from 1025 until 65535. Carefull this may lead to venerabilities because the system gonna be open to any kind of attacks.

At the l2wiki summoners level up serafim still to 4. But there is no info if his skills get level up as well.

I think antharas instance as code can not change. In case the have the source code they can just adjust it but it is going to have a lot of bugs. If they have only the executable codes then is qq because reverse engineering is really hard and restructuring back is even more.
