I had one that said 20 yesterday so maybe it's a range? Not sure. I prefer it not to be there at all. I only ever played NA retail before this and was a little disappointed to see it. I guess if you played classic before then it was always there but I personally don't think it makes a lot of sense for it to show.

I was running around and someone pm'ed me and I instantly noticed their level was then displayed to me. This bugs me and I don't know how legitimate it is other than I don't think it fits in with the spirit of the game. To me it shouldn't be there at all but that's just me. What do you guys think?

Most people seem to be estimating 1-2 weeks since OB opened but the admins haven't actually said. Only time will tell I think.

Am I the only one from an actual official server? I played on Gustin OB and was instantly mired in the elven plains where the keltir sing. I ran around a lot and died a lot before i figured out partying all that much(my first real mmo). The weird part was that after OB they didnt wipe the servers in NA and so at launch some of had a bit of an advantage, which probably eventually lead to server domination but it was always fun. Eternal Avatar forever. I want to some of the same experiences I had back then but with a stronger understanding of mmo's today. I also think gamer's preference have changed in the last decade and some of that can be represented here as well, and no I'm not saying I want carebear gaming because I don't.

I'm CST in North america, so ill probably be on during the evening most night, looking for people with similar times. Hopefully North America is somewhere on this server.

I never thought I'd see someone asking to turn xp off in L2. And thats even at X3. If you've ever played this, at some point we're all going to be grinding(in a good party) at about 1% and hour so I think you and your buddy can spare a few hours not playing together.

The answer is a clear and resounding NO. This isnt true in all cases, but besides daggers, generally, you want to stick with ranged classes in this game for PVP.

Thanks Draql, I got in. Heres the fix for anyone having this problem. When you donwload the patch, there are 2 folders, the system folder and the other. The other only has one file in it. That file needs to replace the one thats in your client. If you do that, and are experiencing the same problem, that should fix it. Might be self evident for a lot of people but it wasnt spelled out very well and might be some folks problems.

Is there any fix to this error other than deleting options.ini? I've tried that and deleted and reinstalled but still get same error. There might be bigger fish to fry right now so I can wait just asking. Thank you!
