Where i can buy 1 proff skillbooks ? Cant learn BtM\Sleep on my DW or Sprint on EScout

Hey guys
 im check all vendors
 all masters\priests
 but i cant find any 1 proff skillbooks
 in players shops only 2\3 proff books
 in dion database they sold on grosseres\acc shops
 buy ingame they dont have books.
PS - client updatet via launcher
