.offline_shop doesnt work

I have been trying to set up an free? offline shop in giran harbor.

But If I type .offline_shop nothing happens.....

u cant use caps in this command, whole command must be written with small letters, also try to move ur char abit, close to other shops. But if u dont get any info after typing comand u probably used big letters

There must be info in System chat why you can do it. If you don't have it - you entered command incorrect.

After relogging couple of times got it to work.

Strange tough, first time it said I was not meeting the requirements to create offline shop. Then when I typed .offline_shop nothing showed up. Not even in system.

Multiple times all in lowercase, like I have done multiple times.
