mana recovery skill idea

For administration.

It could be a good idea for modifing Mana Recovery skill to give more mana in few time. Of course i understand that is not like official server, but it will be more comfortable for all mage to get siting not an half of hour but 5 minuts (time to smoke a cigaret). Thx
