Vulnerabilities Bugged?

More or less speaking towards Fire Vulnerabilities. I'm a Human Wizard and every time i find a monster that has Fire vulnerability I'm like sweet this should be easy to kill, but half the time i attack them with Blaze I do the same if not less damage then the other mobs near him.

Is this bugged?

Missing information, which mob are you talking about? how much hp does the vulnerability mob have compared to the other one?

HP not really a factor, I'm not judging my damage based on how far his HP bar drops but by my actual damage to the mob. But just as an example

mandragona has higher m def. either way element vulnerability and resists are quite week on this client, beeing it 3% or something like this i think

so considering the chars damage is also lowish, u wont find much diference in the weakness monsters against a element.
