Well, I get 100-120 quest items(while leveling up for 5 lvl, 21-26) from quest and get only 15k aden. Is that a good help for newbies ? What do you think?

how much it drop parts? 2-3? 

100 items like 50 or 25 mobs? 15k? Its decend. Enjoy ur money maker.

it drop 1 piece. Drop rate maybe 30-50%, depend on type of items (3 types).  

100 items ~200 mobs, more or less.

now imagine that before the mini update for newbies it would be 3k reward and tell me if its that bad

Yeah, but now, players will grow too fast compared to the amount of adena. at 40lvl how much adena they will have?

if something players will have more adena then they had before at level 40. not the other way around.
