I really dont know if this commentary at this server can be used at Dion, but i only are posting this here cause dont have a help topic there.

 

Im using a elven scout and im looking for spellbook sprint, and i look at google and i dont find any NPC who sell this spellbook. Someone can tell me, how do i pick up or buy this spellbook, cause i need this to walk through the map a little bit faster.

This is Harmony in Gludio ( you can click on NPC name in database, then "Spawn point" on top - to see where NPC located ).
