I would have forbade sell the clan hall. Because the clan hall does not belong to the clans. They rent them.
If a clan does not need a clan hall - then let exempt him, or pay rent out of pocket for unnecessary clan hall.

there was already tread about inactive clans having CH and u all laught at Soil... so im agree with shibb now thats its unnessery reply...
