Bestow abilities on D weapons

Hi there !

I m kind of a noob in the l2 world....

I just hit D grade so i was wondering how can we bestow the abilities listed on the weapon tooltip ? (Like focus, acumen etc?) 

Its here on the tool tip but i cant find what to do. Did see some blacksmiths on town, but no option for this.

Care to point me in the right direction please?

Oh, so the tooltip give info for something not implanted yet?

Classic chronicle is based on GOD chronicle, so it has some things alrdy to view but not yet rly implemented.
