We go to the furthest part of the Abandoned coal mines. We find and kill the Succubus Queen (34), and her guard Claw Of Succubus (28). Nearby will again appear Raldo.

I think you need to reach the red flag through the Abandoned Coal Mines  It's quite a journey but if you keep going down you should reach it eventually
