How to transfer adena/items between characters ?

Long time didn't play this game (Chronicle 5 times at azure l2 last time I've played) . Used to do it via warehouse but it seem not to work for me here or I've forgot something.

Hello. Mail system. ALT+X and there you need to find Letter icon.

You can click on bottom left on the main screen also.
