[FIXED]Clan lvl up bug

Hi there , after new patch i was putting some new skill to my clan and try to search someting new i press increase clan lvl it's take clan lvl 1 from lvl 3

if i push another time lvl increase to lvl 2

if i keep on lvl 1 lvl 2 lvl 1 lvl 2 endless and allways cut out sp and money

the major problem now that we are lvl 1 and canno go up again or better i must try with 100 pob but allreay lose so much money and sp doing this bug test better wait all come back before try other thing ^^

seems theres some problm when you are not able to lvl it up again. like if you miss the pobs or if you miss the SP or any of the requisites it will drop the clan to one instead of just stoping you from doing it. just in case make sure you have all requisites before doing it again to avoid this from happening till its fixed.

should be fixed by now. if you dont meet the requirements to lvl up clan it will just not let you lvl instead of making this mess.
