can't login

Hello, i can't login in to a game, put id password press login everythings is fine and when u need to select proxy server i choose europe and get dc.

Hi i have weird problem i can't login with my home net, nothing happens then i choose proxy server. But with my mobile internet it is everything ok. Why is that ?
