Path of the Assasin stuck

Hello people, right now Im doing quest Path of the Assasin and im stuck at the last part of it. I need Shilen Tears which drops from the orc Calpico, I already killed him four times and tears didnt drop. Is it bugged? Could anyone with info help me please.

not all but lot of Quest monsters.

I suggest add this info to ingame chat popup messages when u login game..
