Not allowed dual box will be rule with some kind of punishment or it wont be possible to log in second account? Because i have readed rules and did not see any rule bout dualbox.

1. Players are not allowed to:

1.1 Use any kind of 3rd party software (l2control, l2walker, l2ranger, l2tower, l2phx, l2net, l2Wx, ACP, hLapex,Uopilot, or any other), which allows to automate the game process or overcome game client restrictions. This as well concerns mouse/keyboard drivers, allowing the character to perform game operations while the player is away from PC.

Punishment is defined by the administrator or GM depending on the gravity of the violation as well as previous penalties of every specific player.
Attention! In case of a repeat violation punishment duration doubles(?). Administration retains the right to permanently ban players in special cases.

​Yeah you can play with 2 pc but it's not allowed (ban?) to run a Virtual machine or something else to be able to use a second account on the same PC without a premium account.

As i understood. you cant play with 2 accounts at the same time. 

Basically dualbox is not allowed, unless you pay for premium account

i would like dual box just for having a shop. But that can be solve with offline shop. So no need a dual box. Make CP kids
