Testimony of Life quest bugged

The quest I'm on for the summoner class transfer will not let me advance. It wants me to return and speak to priest Adonius however when I try to he has nothing for me. This is after you collect the harpy feathers and spider ichor.

Try to delete 1 of each item type, drop again and talk with NPC.

Tried once item is deleted he still wont talk and the quest items don't drop anymore
