Hurricane vs Shadow flare

I have been thinking about this for the past couple of days and wanted peoples input. During raid boss fights on my SH, should I even bother casting shadow flare until OH phase? I ask because it costs more mana for a slightly better hit. Should I be even using it in my casts? Right now I usually cast 2 hurricns + 1 shadow flare + BTM.

what about if you don't have cdl XD

i dont think shadow flare is good for RBs, just go normal hurricane dmg, shadow flare is only good in pve to last hit mobs to get extra xp and that is only until 50 lvl when you get CDL and you forget about normal xping/overhitting

Okay cool thanks. Just bought CDL today and love it. Insane damage.
