Cannot get Heart of Lunacy

Hello, I'm trying to convert to a Dark Wizard and I have been doing the proper quest and obtaining the Seeds. However, when the time comes to farm the Skeleton Scouts in the Ruins of Agony, I cannot get them to drop a single Heart of Lunacy. I have spent the better part of an entire day attempting it to no avail.

Is it a problem with me? With the server? I have been following this guide: https://l2wiki.com/classic/Path_of_the_Dark_Wizard and this guide http://el.lineage2.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:Path_to_a_Dark_Wizard which both state that I just need to farm the Scouts around the Ruins of Agony.

just as a test try not killing the monsters in 1 hit and see if it gives quest item, some quests do not give quest items when you one shot the quest monster.

Hi! I don't one hit kill the Scouts, it usually takes me 2-3 hits to do so.

do you have any other quest active that needs items from this monster? if yes try canceling that other quest and see if it works.

if not get me a screen shot so i can try to figure out where the problm is
