Login problem

I dowloaded game client, patch and updater but when i put any user/password and click to login the game just close.

Already tried check files with updater, restart my computer, turn off anti-virus/windows defender/firewall, but anything works.

 

Someone can help-me?

You need to login with Ingame login + pass. Not E-mail + pass

Try to login with Ingame login ( not e-mail ) + pass on web.

It works. Now I founded my right password,
