Summoners after lvl 40

Just wondering why you cant level up Aqua Swirl after level 40 on an elemental summoner since on the official version of the game it is implemented.Did they implement it on a future patch or there aren't gonna be implemented here at all?same applies for catacombs.sorry for the noob question i'm kinda new around both in the server and the classic version.thnx in advance

both of those features are from antharas patch. we are not on antharas patch yet.
