Reuse Time summon (Mew the Cat)

Was it always like this, I don't even remember anymore. ? I only noticed this today..

Looking at the description of the Summon Mew the Cat Lv.2 the Reuse Time should be 1 hour(s) 30 minute(s) according to this Mew the Cat skill [l2wiki].

Even though the skill reuse animation _{(image tag 1)} and chat text _{(image tag 3)} are aligned, the description _{(image tag 2)} still says 1 hour(s).

after second class it will be few seconds... if You go summoner ofc

I know, but that is not the point. I am merely reporting a visual bug of the client. Thank you for your insight though!
